MEDICAL VICTIM SUPPORT: SOUTH AFRICA
It is my duty to encourage a “MEDICAL VICTIMS’ SUPPORT-GROUP”, aimed at assisting those who are damaged by doctors’ negligence.
DR JULIAN RUMBAK is protected by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY; he has damaged THREE other patients & in ONE case, advocate Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, in “an out-of-court arrangement”; he has butchered my mouth: District Surgeon’s- & Doctors’ Reports are PROOF of permanent damage: “NO OPERATION CAN HELP”.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT has NO CONTROL over Dr Rumbak, because he is in private practice. This promotes corrupt & fraudulent private health.
HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report.
The South African legal system protects negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful network, which uses criminal tactics:
1. Pre-existing condition, in the imagination
2. Dispossessing the victim
3. Paying for doctors’ reports, to change the damage caused by the negligent doctor, into a mental illness
4. Pumping the victim with poisonous drugs, and shutting him up in an institution…
ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – a cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness & fingered my sanity, by paying Dr David Shevel for a FALSE medical report; pensioned-off social worker Mae Navias – together with an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - tried to silence me, by evaluation at a mental hospital; Navias then blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler, who prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death. This is the behaviour expected from a Nazi murderer.
