Because I am being tortured, I will keep a CANDLE OF TRUTH burning, so that people who are damaged by doctors’ negligence in South Africa, are educated about the barbaric methods used to silence victims…
DR JULIAN RUMBAK is protected by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY; he has damaged THREE other patients & in ONE case, advocate Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, in “an out-of-court arrangement”; he has butchered my mouth: District Surgeon’s- & Doctors’ Reports are PROOF, confirming permanent damage: “NO OPERATION CAN HELP”.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT has NO CONTROL over Dr Rumbak, because he is in private practice. This promotes corrupt & fraudulent private health.
HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report.
The South African legal system protects negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful mafia-network, which uses criminal tactics:
1. Pre-existing condition, in the imagination: using false logic, they try to convince that my broken mouth caused by Dr Rumbak’s butchered surgery, is a madness!
2. Dispossessing the victim: they try to crack the victim into bankruptcy
3. Paying for doctors’ reports, to change the damage caused by Dr Rumbak’s negligence, into a mental illness
4. Pumping the victim with poisonous drugs, and trying to have him shut up in a mental institution…
ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – a cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness & fingered my sanity, by paying Dr David Shevel for a FALSE medical report; pensioned-off social worker Mae Navias – together with an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap – stands permanently accused of trying to arrange to have me evaluated at a mental hospital; failing that, Navias then blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler, who prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death. This is the behaviour expected from a Nazi murderer.
