DR JULIAN RUMBAK is protected by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY; he has damaged THREE other patients & in ONE case, advocate Brian Spilg forced him into “an out-of-court arrangement”; he has butchered my mouth…
HEALTH DEPARTMENT has NO CONTROL over Dr Rumbak, because he is in private practice.
HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report.
The South African legal system protects negligent doctors; victims who take a stand, are intimidated into silence by a powerful network, which uses criminal tactics.
It is my duty to encourage a “MEDICAL VICTIMS’ SUPPORT-GROUP” aimed at assisting those who are damaged by doctors’ negligence.
