Dr Julian Rumbak butchered my mouth. He has damaged 3 other patients. Cagey-lawyer Rohan Isaacs paid Dr David Shevel to issue a report fingering my sanity, in order to cover Dr Rumbak’s guilt. Investigating Reporters are currently researching allegations, where Dr Shevel’s report questions a Road Accident Victim’s ability to handle financial affairs.
