Ø  DR JULIAN M. RUMBAK  is sheltered by MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY; he has butchered my mouth: District Surgeon’s- & Doctors’ Reports are PROOF, confirming permanent damage: “NO OPERATION CAN HELP”; Dr Rumbak has damaged THREE other patients; in ONE case, adv. Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, with “an out-of-court arrangement”. The presiding judge – Claassen - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he shouted at me, and allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’ [“are you trying to tell the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies and false medical reports, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder case being forced open (see below)]. These are pointers to public abuse of legal rules, contrary to proper court procedure… This same judge treated a burnt vagina victim with contempt, by awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa!

Ø  Dr Rumbak’s defamatory report states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”.  I place on record that my Economics students achieved highest results in national examinations on three occasions; I played The Tusk Bar’s piano at The Palace at Sun City, provided piano-music for Cape Judges at The Five Flies Restaurant, and was pianist for The King of Jordan’s wine-estate visit: This is TRUTH, and not a ‘delusional disorder’, as per Dr David Shevel’s report (see below).  By butchering my mouth, Dr Rumbak has stolen my lecturing career, together with my ability to talk and chew normally.

Ø  Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, blatantly-biased, apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”…

§  Helen Zille promised to crack private-sector corruption; her body-guard – Robert MacDonald - cross-examined me at the Civic Centre (as one would do with a terrorist) when I presented my grievances relating to medico-legal corruption, fraud, and crime.

§  Corruption Watch is too focused on public-sector corruption, allowing private-sector corruption to grow into a thriving cancer…

§  HEALTH DEPARTMENT has NO CONTROL over Dr Rumbak, because he is in ‘private practice’, meaning that corrupt, fraudulent & criminal private health is given free reign!  This is a perfect example of ‘the right of eminent domain’, where a doctor with a track-record of medical negligence, high blood-pressure, and questionable competency in carrying out delicate procedures, pays whatever it takes to be ‘untouchable’, and above-the-law, because he is in ‘private practice’!  Where’s the logic? The ‘right of eminent domain’ is WRONG!

§  BRING ON NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (N.H.I.), WHICH MUST CONTROL ALL DOCTORS!  THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT MUST STOP DOCTORS IN PRIVATE PRACTICE HAVING CARTE BLANCHE TO BURY THEIR BOTCH-UPS EFFORTLESSLY!

§  HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room!   THE WORLD WOULD HAVE BELIEVED THAT FREEDOM FIGHTER, STEVE BIKO, COMMITTED SUICIDE BECAUSE DR IVOR LANG & DR BENJAMIN TUCKER LIED, AND FILLED IN FALSE MEDICAL CERTIFICATES, TO HIDE TRUTH. FIVE BRAZEN DOCTORS (FRANCES AMES, PROFESSOR PHILLIP TOBIAS, TREFOR JENKINS, EDWARD BARKER & LESLIE ROBERTSON) FORCED THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL TO RE-OPEN THE CASE, PROVING THAT STEVE BIKO WAS MURDERED BY THE APARTHEID SECURITY POLICE. The toothless Health Professions Council, whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” MUST BE FORCED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence history file!  This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. On my insistence, elderly chairman, Dr Dreyer, granted a meeting, but forbade my witnesses to testify; he referred to his own pains, which accompanies old age; my butchered mouth is a direct result of Dr Rumbak’s negligence.

The South African medico-legal system protects negligent doctors; stubborn victims who take a stand, are suffocated into silence by a powerful mafia-network, which uses evil and subversive tactics:

1. Pre-existing condition, in the imagination: using false logic, they try to convince that my broken mouth (ie. trigeminal nerve-damage with neck-muscle spasm, jaw-joint damage, cartilage disruption) caused by Dr Rumbak’s butchered surgery, is a madness!

2. Dispossessing the victim: they try to crack the victim into impotent bankruptcy

·         ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – Dr Rumbak’s cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness & fingered my sanity, after disrupting an Economics Lecture I was giving: Isaacs threatened “serving an order compelling” me into evaluation by his paid-gun psychiatrist - Dr David Shevel – who concocted a FALSE medical report; this is a result of the law society’s “apathy, reluctance to act, and failure to protect The Public against delinquent lawyers” (Noseweek November 2012). The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”!  What is the law society going to do with Rohan Barry Isaacs? 

·         MAE NAVIAS, a pensioned-off social-worker - together with an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a mental hospital; failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; he was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic drugs – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour expected from a Nazi murderer.  At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias told me that she is “an old lady, and wants to make Peace”. My reply stands: “There will be Peace, after we face Truth”!

MY HERO IS TRUTH: CORRUPT SOUTH AFRICA

My answer: All the students I taught during a career spanning 21 years, are my children/grandchildren!
My Hero – Truth – to whom I dedicate my life, does not exist outside the walls of the lecture-room: this ‘progressive’, selfish world, is ruled by ruthless lying, cheating, and deceit.

National Health Insurance (N.H.I.) must tax Medical Protection Society & Medical Defense Union, who renege on their Duty & Obligation to make reparation, after Dr. J.M. Rumbak maimed me.
National Health Insurance must also tax Glenrand M.I.B. & Attorneys’ Fidelity Fund, who refuse to ackowledge my lawyer’s (Peter Soller’s) professional negligence and abuse of Trust Funds respectively, even though Soller was struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges!

Dr. J.M. Rumbak is a doctor with a negligence history.
He has ruined my lecturing career, and quality-of-life.
Assisted by his legal army, he has made a Mickey Mouse out of logic pointing to permanent damage he has inflicted on my life, and ridiculed The Principles of Truth.
These ‘professionals’ tried to exterminate Truth, and dispose of me…

Health Department needs to control private hospitals, to avoid a repeat of the Netcare scandal: their CEO offered a public apology, after being “fined R7,8-million, admitting they unlawfully acquired and transplanted kidneys at a KwaZulu-Natal hospital earlier in the decade”
(Sunday Times 21 November 2010).

MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY IS THE DOCTOR’S INSURANCE COMPANY, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRUPT & CRIMINAL ACTS OF ITS AGENTS…

HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL is paid to protect negligent doctors, including Dr. Rumbak. Their credo “guiding the professions and protecting The Public”, is a misnomer: they treat The Public with no sympathy, finding negligent doctors ‘blameless’, without meeting the damaged victims; they are aware of Dr. Rumbak’s negligence history; his victims are intimidated into silence.

HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL protected Dr. Ivor Lang & Dr. Benjamin Tucker, “who issued a false medical certificate”. “Lang and Tucker were later found guilty of improper and disgraceful conduct after FIVE (5) Doctors – Trefor Jenkins, Frances Ames, Edward Barker, Leslie Robertson, and Professor Phillip Tobias forced the Health Professions Council to re-open the case”. Lang and Tucker were then found guilty of covering up Steve Biko’s murder by the security police
(The Star 5 June 1997).

Corrupt MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY used lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs – with evil tricks – to silence my grievances, so that its client, Dr. Rumbak, is free to practice…

Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims:
- Mr. X. suffered post-operative sinus problems. Advocate Brian Spilg compelled Dr. Rumbak to foot costs of corrective surgery.
- Ms. Y. Dr. Rumbak was responsible for incorrect crown fittings.
- Mr. Z. suffered post-operative infection, which had to be remedied by another doctor.

DR. RUMBAK’S character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics Lecturer: a bachelor, with psychological problems, living in a flat, and playing the piano in a Yeoville bar”!
After he removed my tooth-roots, I experienced prolonged bleeding; my face swelled grotesquely, climaxing in excruciatingly-painful cracking of the jaws, which persists today.

If a doctor ruins YOUR life, lawyers twist Truth, claiming that the damage “is a pre-existing condition, in YOUR imagination”. With a bag of lies, they turn the physical damage caused by the negligent doctor into a mental illness!

ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – a lawyer representing Deneys Reitz attorneys - used illegal tricks and “bully tactics” to free Dr. Rumbak from shouting guilt…
Isaacs illegally intimidated my chief witness, who refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and terrorised me by disrupting my lecture with a telephone call, illegally intimidating me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by doctors, whom Isaacs paid, to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”…

THE LAW SOCIETY – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.
Mr. du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!
Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by two Judges, who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!
The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).
What is the law society going to do with lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs, who - inter alia - engineered false medical reports?

DR. DAVID SHEVEL was paid by lawyer Rohan Isaacs to issue a report pointing to ‘delusions of grandeur’, because my Economics Students achieved Top Honours on three occasions in National Examinations: he slotted this TRUTH into a psychiatric ‘delusional disorder’, using false logic…

Serial Killer, “Dr.” Harold Shipman, prescribed medication to worsen his patients’ condition. Even after more than 150 of his patients died mysteriously, police would not act, as “the evidence was not strong enough”!
Shipman was eventually found guilty, and hanged himself in his cell!

Colleague doctors - paid by lawyer Rohan Isaacs – networked to silence my attempts to force out Truth and Human Rights, entitling Restorative Justice. They tortured me, in a combined effort to prove that I am CRAZY!

MAE NAVIAS - an old social worker, who has wormed her way back, after going on pension - fingered my sanity: she tried to blackmail me into an evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Hospital. After entering the portals of Valkenberg – in the company of murderers and rapists - a black mark & sour stigma sticks for life, and that person loses all further credibility!
The fact that she is at an ‘advanced age’, does NOT absolve her from guilt, for the dagger she placed in my soul!

A burnt-Vagina victim was treated with ruthless arrogance by the presiding judge (Claassen) mentioned below…
The doctor implicated fled South Africa, and the private hospital was found guilty of placing undiluted acid in her vagina

APARTHEID JUSTICE means that in the High Court –
CHAIT vs. RUMBAK:
Judge Claassen was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr. Rumbak caused to THREE (3) other victims, which is important and relevant Corroborative Evidence, in the Public Interest.
Judge Claassen would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr. Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.
Judge Claassen shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’: when I referred to the 5 doctors who forced the Steve Biko case open, Suttner asked: “are you trying to tell the court that there are only ‘5 straight doctors’ in this country? All the rest are crooks?”
Is this kind of ‘judgment’ good enough to bear up in an International Court of Justice?
“Black Judges ‘not trusted’” (Sunday Times 17 October 2010).
A deputy minister has stated that “courts are racist” (Sunday Times 14 November 2010).
Fine Music Radio News 17h00 3 January 2011 referred to a “dysfunctional criminal justice system” in South Africa!
What will be done about old, biased, apartheid-mentality judges?

I draw to the attention of the world, evil acts committed by the South African medical and legal fraternity, funded by the Medical Protection Society (doctors’ professional indemnity insurers), focusing on their combined - subversive efforts - to silence stubborn victims.

If I ever surrender my Calling as a Teacher to Honour Truth, I would be giving ammunition for the devil to continue his work.
I would be a guilty accessory to medical negligence, if I did not make a contribution towards doctors taking responsibility - and being held accountable - for their botch-ups!

Those governed by false logic, say that my tragedy is a private matter, having nothing to do with my religion.
I stand my ground that my serious grievances are a Grave Public Concern, because anybody can become the next tortured victim of professional bullying.
My grievances have everything to do with my religion, which is based on the immutable Laws of Truth.
