DR. JULIAN RUMBAK – in private practice – butchered my mouth, stealing my lecturing career and quality-of-life.
DR. RUMBAK has damaged 3 other victims: in one case, he admitted guilt, after advocate Brian Spilg forced an out-of-court arrangement.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH HAS NO CONTROL OVER DOCTORS IN PRIVATE PRICTICE!
HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL IS AWARE OF DR. RUMBAK’S NEGLIGENCE HISTORY, ADMITTING ITS “FAILED DUTY TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC”.
DR. RUMBAK’S CAGEY LAWYER, ROHAN ISAACS – funded by Medical Protection Society (doctors’ insurers) – used illegal tricks to try to silence me.
Law society – at bogus investigations – protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who abused Trust Funds & purposely spoilt my High Court Case against DR. RUMBAK.
Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers then struck Soller off the attorneys’ roll, stating: “Soller is a danger to society”!
ANY SOUTH AFRICAN CAN BECOME THE NEXT TRASHED MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE VICTIM, SO THAT DR. RUMBAK CAN CONTINUE PRACTISING!
